I’m an 07/02 as well. Yes, it can be an SBR and machine gun. Per atf guidelines, if the receiver is the registered component, than no. If a trigger pack, or drop in machine gun type unit is registered, it can be both a machine gun and an SBR. Look at guns like the P90, Aug, fs2000, or HK roller delayed guns. The trigger pack on those fireams are the registered component meaning that has no precedence over the classification of another serialized component. Another thing to validate my claim can be seen on the civilian side. Hk/clone host guns and more rarely ar platforms can be seen in 3 stamp configurations. All this information was brought and verified by my field agent during my last audit November 2022.

I was late to finding your content did want to and glad I didn't catch the drama, but I did hear some of you getting fucked over in so many ways. People are always so easily swayed to screw over people they claim the are best friends with or love (and many people probably were truly in love and had great feelings for those people). But it is so amazing how the sight of something different or some more digits in the bank account, that they will so easily and quickly give up what they have. Maybe if they were not happy ALL the time (as no relationship or friendship is perfect 100 percent of the time), but usually they are the happy and building a stabile future type relationships where one in the relationship messes things up and they cant just step out once (which is bad enough and can break any family or relationship apart and leave multiple people hurt if children are involved), no they get an enjoyment out of it and that is a high for them! They will never think of the future, or if they do they think they will be able to talk their way out of it or the alternative is better as they think this person they cheated with or the people they are running around with doing who knows what (they think for some reason those people are normal and this chaos will last forever). Anyways I really hope you are out there as you seemed to be a pretty positive person, even after it all. With your last moto vlog you seemed to be figuring it out even though there might have been some animosity buried in that video (and would be warranted). But you seemed as you had a plan, but I noticed you made your profile pic to something a little cryptic with the dates also I am hoping you made that as that means the old you is gone and the new one is here and the intro phrase is something like a headstone would have. The slide also locked up with a live round chambered, couldn't rack the slide. Would this fix that as well? Anyone else experienced this? Zev has not gotten back with me.
